Why do AI and the ability to innovate belong together?
AI is changing how knowledge work functions. The ability to innovate determines how organizations deal with complexity. Developing the two separately is not enough. Anyone who builds up AI expertise without an innovation mindset is at best optimizing existing processes without taking current dynamics into account. Those who think innovation without AI lose depth and speed. The combination determines how capable an organization remains under changing conditions.
How does capability building become part of the organization - not just individuals?
We do not work with standard programs. We always start with a detailed needs analysis: we conduct interviews with the workforce and examine what really helps an organization move forward and which changes are supported by the people.
We develop programs iteratively: pilot formats are tested, acceptance and impact are examined. In addition to the training formats, we support specific initiatives directly in the real world of work. Employees are specifically empowered as internal multipliers. The goal: skills that are anchored in structures, not in individual minds.
