How can I tell that a collaboration with b4g could be useful?
Whenever there are situations that have become too complex for normal operations: We transform blockades into a collaborative mode, create a common understanding, check hypotheses and clear the way for implementation.
What can I contact you about? What do you definitely rule out?
Our focus is on developing forward-looking scenarios that aim for growth and success. Our limitations include, for example, «hot» conflict situations and mediation, legal issues, assuming liability (e.g., in product development), or measures such as workforce reductions. To address the details, we work together to develop a substantive framework and a process that involves the right people. In doing so, we prepare sessions, moderate workshops, facilitate project teams, and—as external consultants—can address sensitive «internal» issues.
How does your working mode work?
That depends on what is needed.
Some organizations commission us for a clearly defined format, others integrate us directly into the project team for several months, 1-4 days per week.
We work in three basic modes:
Innovation - We carry out structured formats such as workshops and sprints.
Business R&D - we work embedded in an existing team and provide specific roles.
Enablement - we build skills.
These modes often combine in the course of a collaboration.
How do I go from having a cluttered desk to working effectively with you all?
A stakeholder analysis is part of the preparation. This is where we discuss obvious blockers and prepare solutions and scope with the parties.
This is not about perfection, but rather about a collaborative mindset that involves stepping off the beaten path and working together to explore new avenues of solutions in everyone’s best interest.
