AI Training
AI Thinking Lab
Using AI successfully requires more than technical knowledge.Creating meaningful results requires a new way of thinking that combines the best of human and artificial intelligence.
How can AI really be learned in a meaningful way?
AI is changing the way we work. But if you really want to make the most of it, you need more than just a tool. At the AI Thinking Lab, we create a space where participants can explore AI Try it out risk-free, Share experiences and Building Self-Confidence Through Interaction with AI.
In this process, we are working on real-world problems and use AI to identify user needs, analyze available data, and generate ideas.
The common thread is the design thinking process—with AI serving as the tool at every stage. This way, participants gain hands-on experience with the potential of AI in valuable, human-centered results to translate.
The training
Overview
- Life Training — In-Person or Online
- Small groups
- Learning videos for preparation
Day 1
- Empathize: AI for Developing Empathy
- Define: AI in Information Analysis
- Ideate: AI for Generating Ideas
Day 2
- Prototype: AI for Creating Prototypes
- Test: AI in the Evaluation of Solutions
We work on a case that is relevant to you using your own tools. At the end of the training, initial solutions will be developed that can be pursued further if necessary.
Many ways of thinking = many AI applications
Design Thinking (DT) is used to human core competencies how empathy and creativity shape innovation and change processes. The exciting thing: The design thinking process covers large parts of knowledge work.
It therefore offers a perfect Experimental room, in which people can develop the skills necessary for the effective use of artificial intelligence.
Way of thinking
Why it is crucial for AI
Divergent thinking
AI opens up spaces of opportunity; DT helps to explore them
Convergent thinking
Finding focus, making decisions
Empathic thinking
AI needs human relevance
Systemic thinking
AI never works in isolation, but as part of the overall system
Experimental thinking
Learning through prototypes instead of perfection
Reflective thinking
Understanding boundaries, bias and responsibility
The role of design thinking in the introduction of AI in organizations
„Since the DT process combines various divergent and convergent methods, which in abstract terms embody large parts of knowledge work, it can be used as a laboratory for testing AI."
